Guild Meetings - 

  • Day Group meets the 4th Thursday of the month, 9:30 am - 11:30 am. Doors open at 9:00 am for socializing and member activities as needed.
  • Night Group meets the 4th Tuesday of the month, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Doors open at 5:30 pm for socializing and member activities as needed.
  • NEW LOCATION - Family Baptist Church, 5454 Mobile Highway, 32536. 
  • The meeting dates are adjusted in November and December to accommodate the holidays. See below for exact dates/times.

    Board meetings are open to current PQG Members to attend at any time.  Only Board members may discuss and vote on topics/agenda items.

    All Board Meetings will be held at Tryon Library, 1200 Langley Ave. from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm.

    Planning meeting for PQG 2027 Quilt Show will be held at Tryon Library, 1200 Langley Ave., Pensacola from 5:00 pm to 6:45 pm.

    The meetings will be held in Meeting Room A.  Please note that that meetings will be held on Tuesdays (except months with holidays).  We will have the room open and available at 4:30. Sharon will be there early if anyone has questions or suggestions for the quilt show.  This is also a time that committees can meet if they desire to do so before the meeting.
