The Quilt Show includes a Boutique with items for sale that are made by Guild members.
Donations: The Guild requests all members donate at least two (2) items for sale to help raise money at the quilt show, which is a major fund raiser. These items can be quilts, quilt-related or sewing-related items such as fabric bundles, kits, quilts, quilt room decor, pin cushions, ornaments, etc. All items should be new and in excellent condition. Hardback books and quilt patterns in good or excellent condition are accepted, but we do not accept magazines. Antique items are also accepted. We have sold antique sewing machines in the boutique and also in the Serendipity auction. Items are sold for a great price so this is an opportunity for some great deals.
Linda Marvil, Barb Hoekstra and Allison Owens will soon be accepting items for the Boutique at both the day and night monthly meetings. Please monitor your newsletter for additional information.
Consignments: The Boutique also provides an opportunity for Guild members to sell their quilted or sewn items. The instructions and consignment sheets are provided here to download or you can pick them up at the monthly meetings. Please contact Linda, Barb or Allison if you have questions.
